Whole Industry Chain
In terms of industrial development, Mekong Fisheries links upstream and downstream industrial forces domestically and internationally to promote the ongoing construction project-the Basa Fish Modern Fishery Industrial Park, which is planned to be the world's largest freshwater aquaculture industry chain project, building a whole industry chain eco-development system integrating Basa fish breeding, fish fry, ecological aquaculture, feed production, aquaculture processing, scientific and technological research and development, and product distribution. This project is not only an effective use of the abundant water resources in Laos, but also an in-depth development and integration and upgrading of fishery resources in the Mekong River Basin.
