Responsibilities
1. System construction and implementation: deeply participate in and lead the construction and improvement of processing and production management, workshop management and safety management system to ensure the specialization, standardization and standardization of production process; strictly implement and continuously optimize the production operation process to ensure the efficient and orderly production activities.
2. Production planning and resource optimizationAccurately arrange production plans to ensure seamless connection between processes and maximize the use of human, material, environmental and equipment resources; optimize the allocation of resources to improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.
3. Process flow and quality controlAccurately formulate and strictly review the production process of products to ensure that products meet professional quality requirements throughout the production process; continuously improve production efficiency and process level, and optimize product performance.
4. Cost management and control: In-depth implementation of production cost material consumption (BOM) target decomposition, to ensure that the responsible process and responsible person is clear, through accurate data analysis and operating time management, reasonable arrangement of production activities, reduce unit consumption, to ensure that product manufacturing costs control in the industry-leading level.
5. Safety production and education supervision: Regularly organize safety production education and training to improve employees' safety production awareness and operation skills; strictly supervise employees' post operations, and ensure operation safety through on-site counseling, assessment and safety hazard investigation to prevent work-related accidents and safety accidents.
Job Requirements
1. Educational background and certificateJunior College degree or above in food manufacturing, processing or related major; hold intermediate and advanced certificate of food safety administrator, familiar with food safety laws and regulations.
2. Work experienceAt least three years of experience in food processing and production manager position; have a deep understanding of food safety management, production management, equipment management and other fields.
3. Professional skills: Have received professional training in production operation management, management skills, product knowledge, etc.; be familiar with the production process of aquatic food production; be familiar with food production and food safety knowledge, and understand national food standards and regulatory documents.
4. Management capacityHave strong communication, coordination, management ability and influence; can effectively lead the team and improve production efficiency.
