Responsibilities

1. Plant preparation and operation managementAccording to the needs of business development, participate in the preparation of aquatic processing plant, including the development of operation plan, daily work plan, management system and operation process; responsible for the overall operation and management of the processing plant to ensure the efficient and orderly operation of the plant.

2. Quality management and supervision: Responsible for the quality management of the production and processing plant, supervise and control the whole quality of the processing process; build and optimize the production and processing quality control system and standards to ensure that the company's product quality meets relevant standards and customer requirements.

3. Production planning and staff management: Preside over the daily management of the employees of the production and processing plant, including staff recruitment, training, performance evaluation, etc.; arrange the production plan reasonably to ensure the normal production operation, processing and supply of the factory to meet the market demand.

4. Cost control and inventory managementCo-ordinate the production and processing business management, strictly control the production and manufacturing costs of products, reduce production costs, responsible for inventory management, to ensure that the inventory is reasonable and sufficient to meet the needs of production and sales.

5. Problem coordination and resolutionCoordinate and solve problems in production and operation activities to ensure smooth production; maintain good communication and cooperation with various departments to jointly promote the company's business development.

6. Other: Complete other tasks and requirements assigned by the leaders to ensure the timely completion of work tasks and quality assurance.

Job Requirements

1, professional, academic qualifications, other (such as foreign language, professional qualifications, etc.);

Bachelor degree or above, with 5 years or above experience in construction and production management of large export production and processing plants;

2. Knowledge, skill requirements and work experience;

With deep HACCP system management (HACCP, SSOP, GMP) theoretical foundation and practical application skills, with HACCP system related professional qualification certificate is preferred;

3, the post required ability, quality requirements;

Familiar with the production process of aquatic food production, familiar with the theoretical knowledge and basic methods of food quality control, understand the national food production quality standards, regulatory documents.

4. Work place and subordinate unit;

Place of Contract: Shenzhen, Location: Laos, Laos Mekong Fishery Co., Ltd.

5. Other special requirements: strong organizational ability, executive ability and team leadership ability are required, and English can be used as the working language is preferred;
