Responsibilities

1. Import, export and supplier managementResponsible for the import and export management of the engineering equipment and production materials of the aquatic products processing plant in Laos Mekong Fisheries International Industrial Park; formulate procurement plans and supervise the implementation, manage domestic suppliers; assist the superiors in the development and relationship maintenance of suppliers to ensure the stability of the supply chain;

2. Market research and analysis: Regularly collect and feedback the international market situation to provide reference for decision-making; organize research and analysis of domestic and foreign markets to ensure timely grasp of market trends and information.

3. Cost control and internal coordinationCoordinate the resources of internal departments to ensure reasonable and effective cost control; cooperate with the sales team to complete product quotation and other related work to support sales activities; work closely with the finance department to ensure smooth purchase and payment process.

4. OtherComplete other tasks assigned by the leaders to ensure the efficient operation of the department.

Job Requirements

1. Educational background and professionalBachelor degree or above, major in trade or purchasing is preferred.

2. Work experienceMore than 10 years of international sourcing experience, especially in the field of aquatic processing equipment and raw materials procurement.

3. Personal abilityExcellent communication skills, excellent negotiation skills, able to communicate effectively with suppliers and customers; Strong sense of responsibility, enthusiastic about procurement, result-oriented.

4. Team cooperation and anti-pressure abilityHave a good team spirit, be able to actively integrate into the team and complete tasks together; have strong ability to resist pressure, be able to keep calm and efficient in a fast-paced and high-pressure working environment.

5. Skills and LanguageProficient in using Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Good English reading and writing ability, able to carry out written communication and document processing related to international procurement.

6. Other:Those who have purchasing experience in foreign enterprises will be preferred, especially those who have overseas purchasing experience in the field of aquatic products processing.
