Responsibilities
1. Human Resource Strategy and Team Management: Responsible for the overall coordination of the group's domestic and foreign human resources work and the construction and management of the human resources team; formulate and implement human development strategies and plans according to the company's human resources strategic planning and business development.
2. System and organizational structure construction: Assist the general manager to establish and improve the company's management system and system to ensure the efficient operation of the company's various functional departments; improve the company's organizational structure, promote organizational development and optimize resource allocation.
3. Staff development and support: Establish and improve the employee file management system, support the employee's career planning and career promotion; plan and implement various employee development plans and incentive measures.
4. Recruitment and training managementCoordinate and organize the company's annual recruitment plan, including interview arrangements, induction training, etc.; plan and implement employee training plans to ensure that employee skills match the company's needs.
5. Employee Relations and Performance ManagementResponsible for employee relationship management, including attendance, performance, salary and other daily management work; properly handle employee complaints and all kinds of emergencies, maintain employee stability.
6. Administrative supportAssist the general manager to deal with the daily administrative affairs to ensure the smooth operation of the company; cooperate with the company's leaders to maintain external relations and promote the company's image.
7. Participation in decision-making and accountability: Participate in the discussion and formulation of major decisions of the company, and assume corresponding responsibility for the decision results; provide professional advice and decision support on human resources for the company's management.
Job Requirements
1. Educational background and experienceBachelor degree or above, with 5 years or above experience in construction and production management of large export production and processing plants.
2. Professional knowledge and skills: Possess deep theoretical foundation and practical application skills of HACCP system management (HACCP, SSOP, GMP); Those with advanced certificates of professional qualifications related to HACCP system are preferred.
3. Post ability and qualityFamiliar with the production process of aquatic food production; proficient in the theoretical knowledge and basic methods of food quality control; understand and abide by the national food production quality standards and regulatory documents.
4. Other RequirementsStrong organizational, executive and team leadership skills; English as a working language is preferred.
